Wrong product was delivered and they never sent the right one

I bought 3 sandals with you, all size 7.5. The Emmanuelle River Aqua sandal was delivered in a 7.5 foot and a 5.5 foot. I got in touch to make the return and get the right sandal, it took several days to send me the return authorization, I only got it after complaining in the CHAT. now the new sandal has been confirmed but I have been waiting since June 4th for my order to be processed. How much longer will I have to wait to get the product I paid for? I have already returned the wrong numbered pair of sandals and I want my sandals with the correct numbering. for sure this was my first and last purchase with schutz in the US, as buying in Brazil is much cheaper and as I have family in BR, they manage to send me through DHL. cheaper and faster than schutz USA.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!! They dont even have a number to call ..only a form to fill and they never call you back!!

Awful

Awful! I thought this company was reputable as it is sold at Saks, Nordstrom but it's terrible quality and even worse customer service. Customer service is nonexistent; you have to REQUEST a return if you want to return anything, and customer service doesn't respond for WEEKS. Phone number goes nowhere. Extremely aggravating and time consuming, especially for mediocre shoes.

Bad customer service!

Bad customer service!! They took over a week to respond back to me about approving a return & the status of a shoe that was “all of a sudden backordered” but never receive an email update about it. Their phone number doesn’t work so you can only get them through the chat but they have you waiting so long an never get back on to finish answering your question. I was supposed to receive a new FedEx QR code for the return after chatting with a representative yesterday and it was never sent. The representative also didn’t answer all of my questions and ended the chat. FedEx could not accept the previous one because it didn’t work in their system and they said it was a bogus QR code. I have been back and forth with them about this return too many times on top of the bad customer service! I would like to get this shoe returned so that I can be done with this company!

I agree with most reviewers..giving them only one star ..I wish I had a zero star for Customer Service... The phone number that I called ..no one responds ..the chat customer service is unhelpful and not available during the hours listed..
The manufacturer should hire a new customer service team..
The manufacture also does not warrantee their shoes for damage you will be stuck with it.. unless you bought it from a reputable store such as Nordstrom‘s or Bloomingdale’s..

Disgusting disgusting disgusting avoid…

Disgusting disgusting disgusting avoid avoid avoid this company like the plague. I mean it. Don’t risk it. Dispatch is so long, customer service is horrific and fake, shoe quality is so bad, comes up small, I have never come across a company this bad. I am in shock and shook I will be taking legal action against them.

Thieves!

They are bunch of thieves and liars!
International buyers beware! If you buy shoes from them, you won't be able to return it and you probably should have to return it, because the shoe sizes are so off! And, the cheap quality! If they allow you to make a return, they will return the half of the amount you paid! They will charge you for the delivery, for the return and won't pay your taxes back! Thieves! Shame!

Quality is Horrible

I ordered the black crocodile embossed leather bag looks exactly like the picture BUT the bottom of the bag is poorly made I am nervous that when and if I do use it that my belongings will fall out that’s how terribly made the bag is I’m so disappointed bc I loved the style and they stated it’s genuine leather so I figured it was worth the 225$ I was definitely mistaken!

The size of the shoes are way toooooo…

The size of the shoes are way toooooo small. They do not correspond to the US standard length measures. To get a refund is a nightmare and once you get it, they give you practically nothing. I will never buy anything from this store.

terrible!!

terrible!!! I bought a pair of sandals and runs small so I ask to exchange them they said it wasn't available the size up so they would refund me which is two weeks ago and nothing on my bank account. But I decided to give it a chance and bought another pair of sandals and they send me one-foot size 7.5 and the other 6.5 like how they mixed numbers and they didn't even check before sending it!!! so they don't care about the customer at all, they have a phone number when you google it and it does not work! don't buy them! really a big mistake, they are quality shoes with a terrible peoples working on it so in the end, you just lost time and money

I purchased two pairs of shoes which I wish to return shortly after a couple days. I went physically to the mortar store at the local mall to return the shoes. I was told by the sales associate that I was not allowed to return them in person. she instructed me to do the return online.
It has been several weeks since the return through UPS and I have not received any refund. I have reached out multiple times through the online chat and email as I am not able to find a phone number to reach out to and have not received a response back. Customer service has been non-existing there’s no way to reach out or receive a response from this company it’s completely unacceptable to do business In this fashion

I really wish I could give zero stars.
Worst customer experience ever. Besides the face that it took numerous outreaches before I was even able to get someone, they couldn't have been less helpful. I ordered two of the same pairs of shoes, each in a different size because I wasn't sure which one would be better. I obviously didn't need both, so went to return the other pair that didn't fit. Apparently I had purchased during their archive sale, which I did not know, and they have a policy that you can't return anything purchased during that. NOWHERE on the site -- either on the product page or during the multiple stages of booking -- was final sale conveyed. I asked multiple times for them to make an exception because I obviously wasn't aware of this or wouldn't have ordered TWO of the same shoe, and all I got was unhelpful form responses saying they couldn't accept a return.
Will never, ever purchase directly through them, and likely won't purchase the brand in general anymore. Currently taking this up with my credit card company because the whole thing seems fradulent.
